A CoreTrait exhibition to honor outstanding entrepreneurs. Special people who have created something really big out of "something small" (and whose companies are characterised by a special social commitment).

Creative people are always looking for new ideas. This applies to all aspects of human creativity. Playful children, artists and successful entrepreneurs unite creativity.

That's how my idea of the CoreTraits came about in a playful way. As an artist, I would now like to present this idea to a wider public. Since I worked in advertising for a long time and was therefore used to working with clients, I have now defined a "project order" for myself: "Visual implementation of 12 (my lucky number) ideal-typical CoreTraits in the form of a thematically consistent project sheet." But what are the connecting elements of the example CoreTraits, my prepictures?

As the title of my project already says, these are first of all pictures, more precisely large portraits of strong personalities. All creative, innovative and exemplary entrepreneurs who have set positive impulses and will serve as role models for future generations.

All selected persons have either themselves or the brand company they have created a very high degree of awareness. All these entrepreneurs are (were during their lifetime) successful worldwide, create jobs, support their employees and are socially sustainable.

Besides the selection of my favorites, however, a second component played an important role: In line with the CoreTrait idea, the various implementations were to be designed in mosaic form, whereby the individual sculptural "quasi-mosaic stones" used were to correspond more to pixels of a great digital life's work. My CoreTraits show, simply put, how a swarm of little ones can become something really big. It is nice to see when the inventors, founders and entrepreneurs are clearly recognizable from a distance and the aha effect only occurs on closer approach. Because now it becomes visible on which often "really small things" these big companies built their success.

My CoreTraits play with this double reality, touch and tempt to touch. About the occupation with the pictures a reference and about it interest in the interesting story behind it arises.

Choosing the first Twelve is a start, because I'm already excited to experiment with new materials and create many more CoreTraits. People and topics, whether in the spotlight or unknown. People from culture, sport and society. My collection of CoreTraits should grow and be permanently presented to all interested parties, both real and virtual on the Internet.

My CoreTraits (phonetic like portrait, but from English: Core = Heart, Trait = Property, together thus "a portrait of the affair of the heart"), simply formulated, how a swarm of little ones can become something really big. It's nice to see the inventors, founders and entrepreneurs clearly visible from a distance and only when approaching again does the aha effect occur. Because now it becomes visible on which often "really small things" these large companies built their success.
